LRDG is a language training institution from Canada. Its subsidiary was established in Taiwan in mid-2023, with 20 years of establishment in Canada, serving over 250 Canadian government departments and training over 50,000 learners. It has helped numerous Canadian civil servants achieve fluent bilingual communication skills in English and French and successfully pass the national civil service language proficiency exams.

With Taiwan's recent push for bilingual policy, LRDG aims to implement Canada's successful bilingual experience to the Taiwanese market. Through innovative reverse pedagogy systems and online speaking sessions, it adopts a blended learning approach, where learners first self-study to build language knowledge and then attend sessions to enhance their English proficiency. This approach aims to boost Taiwanese people's confidence in spoken English and enable them to use it proficiently in the workplace.
